To start downloading or managing your mobile tickets, you either need to access your ticketing account from the Razorback mobile app or from a mobile web browser.
  • Mobile tickets will be using a new technology that requires the mobile ticket be inside a fan’s mobile wallet when they go to scan their ticket into the game. Instead of a bar code or QR code, each ticket has a blue, moving, circular reader that will only display when it is inside the mobile wallet.
  • Screenshots of tickets will no longer scan into the game as a valid ticket.
  • Download your tickets to your mobile wallet before arriving at the stadium.
Android Users may need to go into your phone settings and search for "NFC" and toggle it on:
  • Open the Settings app.
  • Tap Connections.
  • Tap NFC and contactless payments.
  • Tap the switch to turn NFC on.
Can I still use printed tickets?
While mobile tickets are strongly encouraged, printed tickets are available upon request. Fees will apply.
